after Christmas, but time got to me first.
These beauties were presents for my BFF's at the Bargain Barn.
I custom designed fabric for them based on their favorite things.
Marietta LOVES lime green and hot pink (we get along pretty
darn well) and when i came across a peacock idea i thought this
was all her!
accent fabric.
And this line i have called Tia after Tiara :)
She loves mermaids and sea horses and her fave colors
are teals and purples... BAM!
jelly fish. the others i used some pre-made
vector art as my basis and went from there.
it was LOTS of fun, and i think i was more excited about
giving them than they were of getting them. lol. I always have
one present that i just bust at the seams to give each year.
Well, Mrs. Peacock loved hers so much that she bought 8
more fat-quarter designs. I got them in the other week but didn't have
time to take them on a photo shoot before they were taken to their
new home. I will share the .jpg's of them soon so yall can see.

Anybody out there ever created their own fabric? I'd love to see it!

Wow! That is gorgeous! You are a talented lady, Mrs. Magoo. I have never created my own fabric because, unlike you, I have no artistic talent whatsoever.
