My first class! :)
I had the privilege of teaching these
lovely ladies as my very first quilting class.
it was a BLAST! and we made new friends.
We will be meeting up next week to show off
our finished quilts. I have a photo shoot planned
for these ladies! lol hope they are up for an
afternoon of modeling :)

You can see more pix of class and their
projects on the Lime and Lace Facebook page!
--------> i have added an icon over there.
Please drop by and check it out. Perhaps
hit a "like" button if you'd like :)

SEW, what is everyone working on for
Halloween? Any gr8 costumes being
feverishly sewn together at the last minute?
I am one of those last minute people myself.
(shocking). This year i am going to be
Strawberry Shortcake!!! Yeah, i'm an
'80's Cartoon kinda gurl. (anyone that
remembers last year, i was Rainbow Bright).
Sew, what is everyone going to be this year? :)

Look at you, being all teacher-y! So happy you had fun, and I can't wait to see the pics.

Can I ask, were you even alive for Rainbow Bright? I was, but it was never my thing. I was a G.I. Joe and Transformers (the original, of course) kind of girl. Sadly, I am about 12 years past my ability to dress as Scarlet without frightening children and small animals, so I just go with my horns. They're lovely.

Hey D! thanks!!
and yes, i was alive for Rainbow bright!! lol. how old do you think i am? 7? :D I wasn't much for GI Joe, and i don't remember transformers (but the original bumble bee (vw beetle) was obviously the best one) but i did love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Jem & the holograms. :) I am sure you totally rock those horns. Happy Halloween!

Honey, your age still starts with a 2. That makes you a young'un. (I started high school when you were 3.) Enjoy it. :)
