this is wicked easy to make. i can't believe i never thought of it before.
Simply take some low carb tortilla wraps, cut them up like a pizza
and deep fry them. I did mine in a pan of oil, cooked on 7 and you
MUST pay attention. Gurl, i about burnt the house down with the first batch.
served great with a side of chicken salad, or egg salad, or even better.....
NACHO'S!! Thats rite, low carb nachos! I lost 4 lbs. this week eating nachos! lol.
just add low carb chili (i use kroger brand with no beans, and if you fry up hamburger
and mix in with the can chili, it is even less carbs per serving) top with some
mexican shredded cheese and sour cream.
wayyyyyyy too good to be low carb, but the proof is in the scale :)
(even tho most of the time that thing is mighty wicked)
